Walk the Trail Into Motherhood with Confidence
Pregnancy and birth are some of the most transformative journeys we will ever walk. They invite us into unfamiliar territory. Beautiful, humbling, and often full of unexpected turns. You don’t have to walk the trail alone.
My Approach
Move
Prenatal yoga that helps you feel strong, mobile, and connected to your changing body.
Learn
Birth education woven gently throughout pregnancy so you have time to absorb, reflect and prepare at a pace that feels nourishing and organic.
Feel Held
Support that nurtures your nervous system, honors your intuition, and reminds you that you don’t have to navigate this season alone.
Going “into the woods” became a metaphor for the journey into motherhood.
Though our bodies carry incredible wisdom, we were never meant to walk this trail alone. Every single journey is different, but having someone beside you, someone who knows the terrain and believes deeply in your strength, can make all the difference.
What is the Birth Trail Circle?
A different kind of childbirth preparation.
The Birth Trail Circle is a 12-week small group journey combining prenatal yoga, birth education, somatic practices, and community.
Rather than trying to learn everything about birth in one weekend, we’ll take our time. Each week offers a new piece of the trail, giving you space to move, learn, reflect and integrate as your pregnancy unfolds.
You’ll leave each gathering with something practical for your body, something meaningful to consider, and a little more trust in yourself.
Every week includes:
Prenatal Yoga - Movement designed for your changing pregnant body.
Birth Education - Practical education woven naturally into each week’s theme.
Somatics + Nervous System Support - tools for feeling grounded, connected, and safe.
Community - A small circle of women walking a similar season of pregnancy together.
Our next Circle begins Monday, September 21
at Balance Chiropractic in Wyckoff, NJ
